We are looking for and hiring Administrative Assistants!

We are recruiting administrative assistant, the following is the detailed description and requirements of the position:

Description of job:

  1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

  2. Design and maintain databases

  3. File and retrieve documents and reference materials

  4. Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents

  5. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments

  6. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events; record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

  7. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications

  8. Receive and interact with incoming visitors

  9. Liaise with internal staff at all levels

  10. Interact with external clients

  11. Co-ordinate project-based work

  12. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelors degree is an advantage

  2. Usually at least 5 years experience providing support to senior executives

  3. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

  4. Proficiency in PC application including MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  5. Self-motivated and independent with a positive work attitude;

  6. Organized, Details minded, and able to work under pressure

  7. Fresh Graduates with prompt learning ability are also welcome

  8. Candidates with more relevant network or experience can be consider as senior grade.
