The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>detailed description<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>requirements<\/strong><\/span> of the position are as follows:<\/p><h4><strong>Description of job:<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li><p class=\"font_9\">Responsible for project planning, programming, construction method preparation, tender technical submission and pre-qualification submission for building\/infrastructure projects.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Responsible for account servicing , project management from budgeting, Client &amp; Contractor coordination, production implementation, on-site set-up and dismantle supervision;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Supervise and manage the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet project schedule and deadlines, e.g. monitor and QC production progress;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are performed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements during site tests and inspections<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Provide technical support to the tender team<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Able to discuss with Consultants\/Suppliers\/Subcontractors on the tender specification requirement<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors, production team and design team for project preparation;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Provide technical write-up for tender submission<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and establishes means and methods for recovery<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Starting at 25k, and remuneration with performance and experience<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li><p class=\"font_9\">Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Minimum 3-5 years\u2019 of relevant working experience in Construction Industry for commercial building projects<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Good written, communication and presentation skill<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Strong analytical and problem solving skills<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Excellent spoken and written in English and Mandarin skill is a MUST.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Proficiency in PC application including MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Self-motivated, proactive and independent with a positive work attitude;<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_9\">Organized, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>Interested please send your resume in Microsoft Word or PDF format to &#8220;<a href=\"mailto:infoh2sglobal@gmail.com\"><strong>infoh2sglobal@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;, stating your notice period, position applied for and expected salary.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t        <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        \t\t        <\/div>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for and hiring Project Managers!
